  16. Hi there and welcome to you. Any shoe that feels good on you is great. My favorites are Asics, New Balance and Nike. Everyone is different and feet are too. Best bet is to go to a shoe store that will analyze your feet for you. Good luck.

  18. Hey Cshell, id have a hard time with that one. Im more like prtein 50, fat 30 amd carbs 20. I crave protein. Yum.
  19. Hi there. Ive been a low carber for years. Besides the initial feeling tired, i find my energy is better not eating sooo many carbs. I was always surprised at races that the night before they serve spaghetti and bread. That makes me tired. My body craves protein. Ive even gone zero carbs, but that bored me lol. Welcome here got this !! Keep me posted.
