  1. Is it possible to change to running 4 days per week? Or to add cross training days? I just finished C25K and am setting ready to either do the 10k or (gasp!) maybe even the 13.1!
  2. Hi gang! I have been running off and on for almost a decade. I did one half-marathon back in 2008 and then let myself get extremely out of shape. I am now over 50 and am trying to fight my way back into fitness. I did a 10k last year and swore off ever running events again, but now I am thinking of doing a half-marathon in August! What??
