  6. Hi Hugs, Welcome here. Go to MFP App, clcik upper left corner and you will see a drop down list. Go to Apps & Devices, you should then see C25k app listed there, click on it and sync. That should work. Good Luck!

  10. Hi There, So, is there a setting in the Iphone that you can leave your phone unlocked while you run, so it doesn't turn off? That is what I do.

  12. Hi Sandee, Well, those days happen sometimes. Don't let it get you down. Start again another day. For your calves, make sure you are really warmed before you start running. I stop and make sure I stretch my calves good as this is my problem area. Stretching while warm is the best. Never. Ever stretch with cold muscles. Great job by the way. Hug that dog.

  18. Hi. Great way to see how you are running HealthyL4me, that's great. Hope you can get it all worked out and please let us know here. Shannon, shoes are the most important thing ever. I go to running stores to get tested. My favorite shoes are New Balance, Avia, Nike. I buy a half a size bigger. Or my toes go numb. Hip pain?? My whole body hurts afterwards. Lol. I'm getting old.   19. Exactly what Timb is saying. I worked out so much in my 30's that I had major burnout. I cardio'd like crazy for 6 days a week. Yes I was in the best shape of my life but I STILL dread cardio with my life. I Now love the T25 workouts and just doing little workouts all day on no app days. Only way I survive. You candy it Rro. We are all here for you. Keep it up.
  20. Thanks Timb, every other day is great. I usually do 4x a week. I repeat a day. Then crosstrain the other days. Weights, hike, crossfit, etc.. I take weekends off. I love daily life exercise the best. Sounds like you all are doing great. Keep it up.
