Thank you for your friendly support. I think I might have my daughter do it with me after she gets out of school. She is only 9 do you think its a good idea? I would only want her to do it if she is enjoying it, nothing that I would make her do. Another question, should I have started today? I want to make sure I set a schedule so I stick to it I was thinking monday , wednesday's and friday. Any advice is welcomed
I used to be 250 lbs and got down to 170. I worked at subway and ate there 2 x's a day and walked everynight. I have since got a desk job and 40 pounds back. I swore I would never get there again, so this will be my step back in the right direction.
