Hi Capecodval, You are doing great. Repeat days if you feel like you have to.. I do, and that helps. You can also walk fast too for a few times. You are moving and that is all that matters, moving=exercise!!!!! High protein, low carb is the way to go. I am back on that today as I have had a really busy summer.. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Hi There Camiller, I do not think you can do that. I just have the Nike Runner app running in the background at the same time so I can see distance, etc... Now, you can link them in the Myfitnesspal app. Let me know how else to help you! Good luck..

I dont think you can. I think you have to do it from a PC. Its in your settings bu your name.

Hi there. Sorry for your pain. Hope it gets better. I bought a few pair of those sneakers and I hiked with them. I felt every roxk and had major blisters. I actually loved them, really, but felt i needed socks with them that defeated the purpose. I did buy 2 great brands tooo. See if they can have you try them on int he store and walk in them to see how they fit. They do say running barefoot is better but i cant where i live in the mountains. Toughen up your feet by walking barefoot as much as you can. Keep usnposted here and let us know. Happy you are here.
