  2. Wait what I missed something Hey Jeshi you finished the app way to go y didnt i realize it now im in my livingroom trying to type and dance at the same time and not wake everyone yay yaya yay. Hey Ruthie i hear you it gets tedious logging everything we eat i get on the scale every day and even though the pounds have only dropped one in months all my clothes are way to big now. There are days I just cant stop eating those seem to be the days that i add a sweet early in the day then it just wont stop

    a tough mudder is an obstacle race usually with mud involved running and climbing and such
  4. hi rose i am not sure what you can do about thighs. But we all help each other out with motivation. I am going to say good for you for trying to get fit next please run every other day or m w f on off days google simple strength training excersizes that u can do at home this will help prevent injuries. If you really want to lose pounds you will. I hope you are making a life style change and are changing up your eating habits as. well. I am also warning you running becomes an adiction. have fun read through the forums lots of tips and advice and succsess stories on them. Welcome and enjoy your day
  5. see i set myself up with carbs no protien right off the bat but this has been my everyday breakfast for many yrs yep when i try to change it i feel stress and unsatisfied ocd i think

    omg i cant imagine doing a tough mudder. You keep using this program you will be ready
  8. my breakfast is my downfall i eat 2 slices of wheat toast with butter after i have 8 oz of lemon water then 1 cup coffee with a splash of 1% milk i measured it once it is about 1/4 cup milk then i drink 16 oz oolong tea if i am going running before work it will be 2 hrs before i get to run if a weekend it will be more like 3. when im done i either have an egg with slice of cheese or my peanut butter flax thing. I try for 9 glasses of water a day
  9. i average between 1300 and 1800 a day my target is 1200 i always go over even with added excersize and im always hungry even after 16 oz of water and a full meal give me 15 min and ill want to eat again
  10. kandis good for you it took mec28 yrs to loose the weight from baby number one and inbetween i added baby number 2 nursing i never lost anything

  20. strange how a lot of us running girls hate shoes and only have a few pair Ruthie u have nothing to loose and everything to gain by trying to return the shoes good luck
  21. I know the feelings Just go back to your one day at a time today is done focus on what you want to do tomorrow and then do it. I overate a lot today so tomorrow i will stick to eating just what i bring to work and not say yess to what is shared

  23. thanks Jeshi i enjoy this community also . After a long day at work today and a long drive to attend a wake i finaly made it home a little after 8 I decided I better try and get todays run in w4d3 all done it was 36°f out my nose hurt inside and out my cheeks hurt and my ears my lungs not to happy with the cold air either the rest of me was happy and sweating my ears and head were covered. the run itself was a good run about the same as day 2 I felt good. Running at night is not the way I want to do this but i will do this one way or the other even if i have to make laps inside the apoartment
