  1. Can they be consecutive days or must there be a rest day in between? I work full time and have a 4 year old so need to cook dinner, get him ready for bed etc before my run. Not a morning person and struggle enough to get out of the house on time so mornings are out. Hubby helps in the evenings but I can't expect him to do bedtime 4 nights a week (I have hockey training one night a week). Sometimes I end up skipping my 'allocated' day and then have to make it back up but wondering if it's ok to run on consecutive days rather than having a day rest in between. This way I dont keep 'slipping' my deadline for running 5k if I have to miss a day because my little one takes longer than usual to go to bed or I'm just too exhausted and it's too late. What's the advice here?
  2. Hi, I've started the Couch to 5k about 4 or 5 times. I always end up stopping by week 2 or 3. I'm on week 4, run 2 but missed a week I don't want this to be the end of my attempt to run 5k once again so joining here for added motivation. I started with two friends but they both stopped at week 2. I think I'm going to skip Week 4 run 3 and move on to Week 5 Run 1 tonight.
