  1. Can they be consecutive days or must there be a rest day in between? I work full time and have a 4 year old so need to cook dinner, get him ready for bed etc before my run. Not a morning person and struggle enough to get out of the house on time so mornings are out. Hubby helps in the evenings but I can't expect him to do bedtime 4 nights a week (I have hockey training one night a week). Sometimes I end up skipping my 'allocated' day and then have to make it back up but wondering if it's ok to run on consecutive days rather than having a day rest in between.   2. Hi, I've started the Couch to 5k about 4 or 5 times. I always end up stopping by week 2 or 3. I'm on week 4, run 2 but missed a week I don't want this to be the end of my attempt to run 5k once again so joining here for added motivation. I started with two friends but they both stopped at week 2. I think I'm going to skip Week 4 run 3 and move on to Week 5 Run 1 tonight.
