  1. I've had intermittent back problems for years and have always found physical therapy extremely helpful. Kind of like having a personal trainer paid through insurance
  2. I've seen that there are others on this page who are in the same boat. I've never been a runner, but wished I could. I started today with 3 miles/hour walking and 3.5 running. I'm looking forward to increasing my stamina and "get up and go!"
