  1. In Myfitnesspall, go to apps and settings and sync there. Only works for the 5k app. Keep me posted.
  2. Hi there. I have the 10 k appa nd have no issues at all. Double click the home button and remove all apps running in the background. Then restart the app. If it keeps crashing check to see if you ahve enough soace for the app? Maybe delete it and reinstall?????? Let me mnow how it goes. If it keeps crashing, contact support. Hope it works.
  3. Hi there to you and welcome here, First, congrats for dowloading the app. You can so do this. I am a little familiar with PCOS but not a lot but i do understand the weight is harder to come off. Just as it is for me getting older. Errrr hmmmmmm. Lol. The proper form for running???, As long as you are running comfortably and injury-free, then you are ok. Your running mechanics are determined by the strength and flexibikty of certain muscles and how your body is built. Maintain a short, quick stride, Keep your knee in line, pushup and off the ground behind you, watch your elbows, keep them bent at 90 degrees, Relax your hands and Work your core.   8. ABSOLUTELY what TrishE said and more. Motivation is the key. Dont allow food near you while you watch TV. Period. My hubby and I love drinks on the weekends , but we have limited ourselves to sitting on the patio with a few. Once we shower and watch movies, we dont have any. Is it easy??? Heck no, but it just goes to my butt. Lol. I am now eating only when im hungry and not becaue the clock says mealtimes. Yesterday we ate 3 meals, ugggh. I feel it today. With having a family at home its harder to do that, but i niw eat mid morning, and about 3 pm. With a light snack in the evening. We are all here to help you on your journey, and you have to want this. Walk if you have to, you are beating anyone sitting on the couch. Do it!!! You will love it!!!
  9. Hi Determined Janet, Aweosme on quitting smoking. Yay. It gets better too. I quit many years ago and never looked back. You will love the app and combined with swimming you will get strong and do very well. Hey, keep us posted here how you do. You can do it. Proud of you!!!
  10. I do find it extreme. I just alternate my days doing it. I stick to a few vegetables amd thats it. Do your kids like veggies? Mine loved them all. Every kid is different. I never fed my kids thing s they didnt like. But they sure didnt get pizza at every meal either. Do thy like raw veggies over cooked? Veggies with low cal dip??? I dont like broccoli but love broccolini. Love cauliflower, mashed like taters, as a pizza crust. You cant tell its cailiflower. Roasted with garlic and parmesan cheese. I have a few recipes on cavegirlcancook.com. I know as a Mom and we had 26 Foster kids and my own kids too that feeding them was a battle in itself. Breakfast was cereal, fruit. Lunch was healthy mac and cheese, sandwiches, soup. Dinner was meat, potato, or rice and a veggie. My kids played oitside for hours and were famished when they came in so they ate it up. Nowadays kids cant play like that because of safety anymore. But if they are into sports and not obese from playing video games, dont worry Mama. You stress yourself out. Why feed them brussel sprouts when they hate them??? We are just now liking brussel sprouts shredded and cooked with bacon. If one kid loves raw cauliflower, then offer it up all the time. Now if you have a kid that absolutely refuses anything but junk and crap, then omit it from the house, period and refuse to give in. Offer it as a treat once a week when they eat everything else. You are the boss and stop the battle. I have so been there. I feel for you parents nowadays with all of th temptation out there. I will eat soooo good, i lost 10 lbs in 9 days, and dangit, I drive by a Taco Bell, of course I stop, its my 1 indulgence. Then just pick myself up and get right back to eating healthy. You got this Mama!!! And I havent gained the weight back. Its all in moderation. Hugs. I love helping.
  11. I have actually slowed down on eating so many vegteables myself. There is a group out there that swear by Zero Carbs. I did it and lost 10lbs in 9lbs, they eatvlike this all of the time. I dint want to and i eat the veggies i love, cauliflower, spinach, stuff out of my greenhouse. Eat what you like to eat and forget the rest. Do lookup Zero Carbs too. I love Shakeology and if i feel like i need lots of vitamins one day, i drink a shake. Zenlabs here sells Shakeology. This zero group swears you dont need. Im on the femce on that one, bit maybe because i likke veggies.

  14. Oh No, I hate that when you spend $$ and it doenst fit right? Can you take them back? I buy a size bigger as I have one foot that fits in my shoes differently. I soo hope you can take them back.. That is no fun to run and feel the pain.
  15. Hi Augy, Not on my back, but I do have a camelbak that goes around my waist. I use that for hiking or biking but not for running. I find it too heavy for me. Thanks Will, I will look into that style..

  19. I don't think you can, I didn;t know there was one, Or I just havent paid attention. When you start the 10K app, it will ask you if you have completed the 5k app and want to start on week 9, or start from Day 1. I love it. Hope this helps you!

  21. Hi, I usually go 4 days a week. Just have day that I do over. I then change up my workouts on the other days, weight training, cross ift, etc.... You are doing great.
