  1. Way to go Bill. Good Luck on your race. Btw, I'm not training for a race but trying this out was a way to prove to my inner self that I can stay focus and committed! So far so good!
  2. It has been a great decision to follow this app and I have come a long way! The first week was a challenge and now I just complete W7D1- 25minutes run no walking and I just love the feeling of accomplishing that goal! 4more runs before I complete the 5K run! Thank you
