  10. Great question RUN!!! You can do everyday if you want to, just make sure you rest when you need it. Also, Jeshi says, Cross training is great too. SHocks your body to burn more too. If I want to run more, I just repeat days, Like 1,2,3, 3,2,1. Then move on from there... Super proud of you!

So kidreader: Most of us start the app you are using, I also have a music app running for music to make me move it, the app will coach you to what to do. Run 1 minute, walk, etc... Hope this helps.
