Yes, you are right..Better flexibility improves my performance in physical activities or decrease the risk of injuries by helping my joints move through their full range of motion and enabling my muscles to work most effectively. .Thanks for sharing :-)

  12. Hey there, This is jorge here. My concern to be here is my double chin. I am facing this problem for almost a year now. the thing is I am not over weight or have a bulgy body. Still this double chin really demotivates me and lets me down when I am out with my friends.

Great information...The high intensity interval training (HIIT) method involves short intervals of high-intensity work .I think to keep your body guessing and the scale moving, you have to either add more cardio or increase the intensity. Most people don’t have time during the week to devote to multiple cardio workouts like me. So, adding a few hard HIIT sessions will get the job done and save a lot of time :-)
