I am reinventing my love for running. It's been so long for me! I have completed 2 marathons in my past but I was way younger! Though I'm only running a 5K and I'm on week 8, its amazing the difference when you plan your nutrition correctly! If I only knew then what I know now.... I feel better with my runs than when I was running in my 20s!!! This app has been great motivation. What are your before and after nutrition tips?
