    Back at it

    Hi! I just completed my first run on this app and I’m super excited to work hard and stick with it! I am a former collegiate athlete and am not too happy with how I’ve let myself get this far out of shape the last few years. Enough is enough and though it isn’t my immediate goal to get back into my college playing shape, it would be nice to be able to go through drills and explain things to the high school team I’m coaching without being super winded or sore afterward :) I’m also getting married next summer so I’d like to be comfortable with how I look and feel way before and way after the big day. I’d like to not look back at my photos and wonder what the heck happened to me! Anyway, I’m pretty pumped to be in this community and I wish everyone the best of luck with your goals too! We got this!

    Running over Gyming

    What is the significance of running over gyming? I feel working hard in gym is way more better than running on treadmill or down the lane.
  5. In may this year, a blood test revealed that my iron and ferritin (22) levels were pretty low. I had to drink some juice with iron and herbs at that time. Since then not only my mood but also my endurance improved, but now, I don't drink it on a regular basis anymore. However, as soon as I started C25K I noticed that I was extremely tired after exercise which I read can be a sign of an iron deficiency. Today, I drank that juice again before my run and notice that I'm not as tired as I am usually. So I'm really taking iron supplements back into consideration. But I want to take low doses (about 20mg) since I know that too much can be harmful and causes side effects. And I'm planning on taking pills instead of juice since it's quite expensive. I also know that diet plays an important role but I barely can do more than I am doing right now. So would it be a good day? And please don't tell me that I should consult my doctor because she doesn't have any time and I think she barely cares about it and where I live there are no better ones I can go to.

    Double chin problem

    Hey there, This is jorge here. My concern to be here is my double chin. I am facing this problem for almost a year now. the thing is I am not over weight or have a bulgy body. Still this double chin really demotivates me and lets me down when I am out with my friends.
  11. Just realized I'm on Week 1 Day 2 and I haven't introduced myself. How rude. I'm Samantha but people just call me Sammy or Sam. I'm 19 and from the little Caribbean country of Belize. I'm 5'5"/5'6" and weigh 160lbs. Always stays the same cause my metabolism absolutely refuses to stray from what it's used to. That stubborn little twitch. I'm aiming for 128, and I want to maybe keep it there for the rest of my life. So what do I need? A lifestyle change. I need to KICK my metabolism forward and ORDER it to change. So I shall become a hardcore runner.. and a healthy eater.. and maybe join the karate club down the street. Right so.. running. Yes. This is an app for people to learn how to become runners. I really love it and would recommend it to anyone who's lazy like me 'cause the app basically does everything for you.. except move your legs. It even has that little encouraging voice that tells you when you're halfway done with a session. How great is that? Love it. So that's that.     HI My name is Maryjane. I decided that 2015 will be a healthy year for me. I started a new diet and doing exercise daily. My goal is to be able to run a 10K with my mom and sis next summer.
