Hey Lottisha, ZenLabsFitness has Push up app, Situp App, Lunges, etc.. Type in ZenLabs and you should see them. Also check our Home Page here. Search Bootcamp apps, weight training too. There are tons out there. My Son is a Marine and man oh man that is one grueling boot camp to endure. So, I am hoping you are training hard. Try some breathing exercises too. Set your timer on your phone for 3 x a day and practice breathing deep. Good luck,

Hey Taylor, I am so sorry that is happening to you. It is their insecurities and not yours. They pick on someone else because they don't like themselves. You keep your chin up and don't listen to them. You are you and they are them. Don't get skinny, get healthy. You are young so eat healthy and workout. You can do it Taylor. Do not ever ever ever ever let anyone get to you. There was this girl here in town who went to school with my son. Really countrified she was. In school there 6 girls called the 6 chicks. They were so mean and rude to her and other girls. This girl would cower around them and be so afraid of them. So one day, her mom asked me to do her hair and makeup so she will not look so ungirlish. So I did. Then I started teaching her confidence. So one day, in school, these girls picked on her again, my little protege, stood right in front of them looking all pretty, and hitched up her pants and said, do you want a piece of me?, you really don't want to go there. Ha ha ha ha. You know what???, they left her alone after that. She grew up to have such confidence and I was really proud of myself. You stand your ground Taylor. Get out there and lose your weight, you can do it and we are all here cheering you on. Let me know how to help,ok??? Big hugs and stand tall.

Hey Paula, OHH NOOO, poor doggie, that is tough for her. HUgs. Yes, you can totally stay on track with the elliptical or treadmill, I am doing that now as I dont like to run in the cold. Hope your dog gets better..

Hi There Laura, Do you mean the app? If you follow the training you should see weightloss. Of course nutrition plays a huge role in how you lose also. Eat Clean and you will do great. I am a Paleo Gal and I am now doing Chris Powells Carb Cycling to see if I can budge weight off faster. I do weight training every other day when I am not running. Lifting weights burns calories 24/7, so make sure you eat protein to fuel those muscles. Let me know how I can help you achieve your goals. Good luck to you!
