  1. I'm 34 years old and have lost nearly 20 lbs since Spring began (134 now). I had to stop exercising when school let out for Summer, but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I haven't been able to resume my 5 a.m. yoga routine yet, but I started walking again 2 weeks ago and today I began using the C25K app. I only managed about 13:30 min of walk/run time, but as I haven't run since I played soccer in grade school, I'm not too upset. I guess I'll keep doing Week1Day1 each day until I can complete it. I'm also a smoker, and I'm planning for the lung pain while running to help me kick the habit. I have a question though: how do I sync myfitnesspal with the C25K app?
