Hello all, my name is Dee and I just started training last week for my first 10K race ever ! The race is coming up in November and I am excited about the possibilities! Looking forward to learning from all of you!
I have lost 25 lbs. this year and am striving to lose at least 20 more by the end of the year. I have hit a plateau and would welcome any advice! I just started using the 10K app as I prepare for a race in November!
