Love Love Love Coconut Oil, I do not like the coconut smell on my face, so I buy the Fractionated Coconut oil to use on my face. I love using Coconut Oil in cooking, just do not fry eggs in it, yuck! Gag, lol.

Hi There Haska, Welcome on here. Yes, 3 days a week, aternate them. I like to repeat one day and do 4 and then do other workouts and lift weights the other days. You are doing great. Come on over to the Accoutability 2015 Board and join us there too. Make a Journal.. You can do it! Keep it up, Good Luck!

Hey all, Just crosstrain the other days. I usually run 40 days, I repeat a day with the app. Then do whatever I feel like on the other days, lift weights too! Good Luck, you are doing great!

Awesome job Kellsmac. You are doing great. You should start your on Journal on the main Accountability 2015 Board. I could not run at night for the life of me, i am a chicken, lol.. Too many things come out at night where I live. I usually follow Mountain Lion tracks, coyote, raccoon tracks in the daytime where I live. HA!!! Scary! -
Oh super cool Shannon, Every morning I put a tsp of coconut oil in my coffee with my creamer. Love it. My dog gets a tsp too. I use the fractionated as a moisturizer as it does not smell like coconut. I am a hairdresser too, and I used to own a Salon here. My hair is short and always has been, goes with my cute face, lol. I never worry about damage as It gets cut short every week.. I would imagine longer hair having dryness issues, etc.... I think it would be a great topic Trish! I have used every danged skincare line and even selling a few. I really got into selling one and loved it and then I developed a huge rash, uhh, that didn't workout at all. So I am back to using tried and true Mary Kay. I have used very brand there is, but I still love my oil on my face. Too dry here. but, i am used to it. I AM SO LOVING THESE forums. Way better than FB...

Hi Trish, and that's Yes Young Lady, not Yes Ma'am, just kidding..lol... hee hee... Interesting topic for sure, might go over good. I do know one thing though, we do not want to encourage anyone to sell skincare products on here, they totally frown upon that, might want to check with Admin on that. Any business for that matter. So if you do start a topic, make it a general one. I live in a very dry climate so I have had to try many different skincare lines out there to find one I like. Sheesh, I even have used baby oil, fractionated coconut oil as a moisturizer to show how desperate I was.. Even use baby oil as a body moisturizer. I loved visiting my BFF in Hawaii, my skin felt so good.. Anyways, see what they say.

I added you Diane, but I will post workouts there and I do not think I will be counting calories much. I log food everyday and they always seem to be below 1400 calories so I will log workouts and Buddy up on there. Sometimes i do not feel like I am getting enough calories, so we do eat beans too.. -

Wow Jo and Run from Clowns, BRRRR, I live in Nevada and will be 58 today, the warmest winter weather I have seen in years. really Strange and all of you are way below zero. Stay warm and run indoors. This is not like our weather at all. Warm!

Right on Azatol, it is one of the best! If you look at it, it is healthy eating. I love the Meditteranean Diet too!
