  5. Hi There, As a Fitness freak for many years and staying away from ANY DIET, Problem with meal replacement shakes, meal programs, etc..., is you cannot subsist this way. Once you stop doing it, your body will think itis in starve mode.. I am all for what Jenettejones says about cheating. Give yourself one big cheat day and trust me, you will not gain weight at alll.. It will do quite the oppsite to your body. I help a lot of people with weightloss and I AM NOT PROMOTING THIS FOR SALE::: But this is my favorite "diet" - I say Lifestyle change ", is the book Called 4 HOUR BODY.. My hubbie and I do this one a lot. WE feel great and weight loss is crazy fun! WIth one big cheat day. I could do this one for the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, PALEO is great. Keep your Protein high and your carbs low. Right now, hubby and I need to lose a few lbs., so we are back to the 4 hour way... WE usually cheat from Friday night to Saturday afternoon, then we eat good again.... WE do not gain weight with this at all..... Anyways, keep me posted ... Here for you! Hugs!
  6. Hi There Olivia, Welcome here and am so thrilled you are wanting to get healthier.. And your BF too. Super cool!!!! There are so many websites out there that have great recipes, etc... that can help you. I hate Diets and do not do one at all... It is a lifestyle change. Proteins, Vegetables, Fruit, Low carb is the way to go. My meals, are usually, a piece of meat, lots of veggies and once in awhile beans or potatoes. Keep your protein high and you carbs lower.... Enjoy,,,,, I do eat pizza once in awhile too..... Ya just have to... Lol... Let me know if i can help you! Happy happy for you!

  10. Hi ANgel, I am trying to figure out what you mean? This app does not have you do a 5K everytime you go out, you are TRAINING for a 5k, not running one each time. There are other apps for you to do that if you want to run one each time. WE train you to run a 5k in a few weeks. If you can ALREADY run a 5k, YAY, you might want to use our 10K app. Let me know if this helps you! Good Luck!

  15. Well Said Tarryn, While we never ever want to give Medical advice without asking a Doctor First, we can give our opinions if we have been in that situation... For me, I am pre-diabetic myself and Carbs spike my blood sugar. So, for me, oatmeal is out, but it is slow digesting. I have an issue with it. I am not sure why she wanted her to not eat eggbeaters as it is just eggs????? Anyways, she should seek a another opinion if she feels like it is not for her..
