  1. I was on a very strict diet (Medifast) for 3 months, lost 30 pounds. I gradually transitioned off of that to counting calories, low carb, high protein, etc. During the transition period (the last 5 weeks) I started walking/jogging 5 or 6 days a week. Every other day I take it easy and fast walk while doing C25K. I haven't lost any weight during this time. I am eating between 1200 and 1400 calories. I still have 39 pounds to lose. Am I doing something wrong? I feel like I am giving it my all and nothing is happening.
  2. But if you were but if you were trying to lose weight should you consume the extra calories? Is it necessary to eat them?
  3. Im confused. When My Fitness Pal, or some other such app gives you extra calories in a day that you exercise, do you use them?
  4. Is it normal to have to repeat days?
  5. I am in week 5. I can't jog for 5 minutes. Do I keep going? Stop and go back? Thoughts?
