  6. Hi Amanda, I am right there with you in that department. I live in the country and surrounded by dirt. So if it is wet out, with snow and rain, forget it. I have a stationary bike and a treadmill and that helps, videos too. It is really hard to motivate myself, but I do it. I was sidelined last week with my dog having surgery and I sat with her a lot, she is my love. Back at it yesterday and this next week. I am excited for the new year.   8. Hi Laura,, I just wish I had someone to train with that wants to run with me. I am doing the 10 k app but weather is slowing me down, so I am working out with my treadmill and bike. It is too muddy here and I live in the dirt. Lol. I drive to paved roads to run.. I want to do a 10k in the spring.. I am not a Marathon runner, ugggh, I have done a few and it is not for me. I like 10k's and 13 k's. I do run a 5k a few days a week already. Anyways, you are doing great. Ireland would be very pretty. I tried to join the Disney one in L.A., but it sold out.. Good Luck!
  9. Hi Nickel, COngrats to you or beginning.. You can do it. Try to do 3 days a week. I like Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, and maybe one more day. I train with other workouts on other days,. Good Luck1
  10. Hi April S, Welcome here and so proud of you on this journey. I think in the General Chat , we have an Accountability Group chat that we all post to. It is an awesome place to post your workouts, etc... A lot of us are on MyFitNessPal too and we hold each other accountable there. You can do it. Make sure you make healthy food choices too. You go this. My 2 favorite Diets ever and which I have my clients on too, is Paleo and Carb Cycling. Absolutely love those. I have fitness calculators on www.cavegirlcancook.com you can chek out too.   13. Hi There Stef, Welcome here, Yay for dowloading this app. It is an incredible training tool . They recommend that you train 3 days a week. I like to do 4 and then crosstrain on the other days. I lift weights, Bike, etc.... It is up to you, it is your body. Just make sure you rest when you get tired.. Good luck and keep us posted on here.

  16. Hi Laura. No that is not a feature yet. Just repeat Day 3 or the first day of the next week. So, if you are training for a marathon, which app are you using?? Did you see the Great Wall marathon next year? Wow. That would be a challenge. I need to find a running buddy here.

  18. Hey there Kelly. Love the name lol. The app is called Maximum Muscles Free. I just noticed that the one on my phone is there but when I click on it to review it is not there. So maybe that one is gone now. But I do see the other one. I have an Android. I'll check on my iPad too. I love this app. Bodybuilding-apps .com I weight train on the other days, upper, lower, chest, shoulders, butt, legs. Interval speed training. Love it.

  20. Hi Hyan, Caz hit the nail on the head. Thanks Caz. I like to run no more than 4 days a week. I cross train the other days. I lift weights, interval training, etc.. That will definitely build up your endurance to be able to complete your runs. If you need to repeat weeks go right ahead. I will usually train with app for the 3 day and repeat the 3rd day or the first day of the next week. I love it that way. I always want 4 days. Anyways. You are doing great. Proud of you. You can do it.

  24. Hi Tina, Thanks Soculese for the advice. I base it all on how you feel when you run. If I fail big time, then i repeat that day until I get it. Do not ever beat yourself up if you have to repeat days, it makes you a better runner. So proud of you . Keep going...
