  5. Oh yuck. Those nasty little bugs. I cannot stand that. OFF makes an odorless spray that is amazing but I live in about a bugless area. Mosquitoes a few times a year in the heat. Also, skin so soft by Avon works great but its oily. Good luck.

  16. Hi Atamell, Welcome here. Most of use an app running in the background like mapmyrun, runkeeper, etc...... Our apps are training apps for you to run a 5k on completion. I use an Apple watch or you can use a fitbit. You are doing great!!! Keep it up!!

    Hi there Pam amd Welcome here, You can absolutely instead of run. If yiu have been sedentary, just start slow and you wlll be surprised at how strong you become fast. You will notice that after the first week. Definitely do some strength training exercises too. While at your desk, lift your legs and move from your knees down to straight out then back down again. This will definitely help. Good luck!!!
