I was using an App called Dailyburn for workouts. It does cost monthly. I am sure there is an app for Kettlebell workouts? I will look into it for you.

Hello, on week 4! The furthest I've got doing couch to 5k

You guys are doing great. Way ahead of me. We can do this. It is perfectly OK if you have to stop and catch a breath, I stop, and lil rest, and get back on it. -
You are all amazing. I am doing the C210k app myself and I am liking it. I love the coaching it gives me. Otherwise i do not think I would do it . lol

It is up to you as to how you feel. If you feel great, then move on. I did Day 1 for 3 days, before I moved on. If you have been working out before this, then proceed. Which app are you using?

When I don't feel like working out or I can't, I get my steps in around the house, cleaning something, squats on the phone, push-ups on the counters, jog in place. Don't be too hard on yourself. 3 days is great to workout. Don't feel guilty about working out an d hubby puts the kids to bed. Us Moms feel guilty about getting time for ourselves. Good luck.

Hey farmgirl. I so hate that too when it happens. Just start off slower and when your lungs clear, get back to where you were. Not won't take long to be back in track. Hope you are feeling better fast. Hugs.

You are doing great. I love your motivation. I did day 1 for a few days until I built up my strength. Very proud of you.

I like every other day and weight training other days. I don't like to do back to back cardio.

That's great. You are an inspiration. Our house also backs up to forest service and I can't hike now because of snakes, but now that the weather is getting cooler, I can. Yay. I love it. Great mountain trails. Uphill, downhill. Love it

What are your goals? I do the 10k app 2-3 days a week, and T25 other days. I do weight lifting about 3 days a week. I like upper body 2 days and lower body 1 day. I downloaded a weightlifting manual but there are apps to. Are you wanting weight loss, that's for me. Are you wanting to bulk up?

Hi Callisto. Welcome. Walking everywhere is awesome. Hydration is so important. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water. If you weigh 140lbs, then you need to drink 70 ounces of water.

Hi there. I get up at 5:30 am. Can u run from 6-6:30? Or while they are at practice? It's tough with kids. I find I cant run at night as I lose energy. Can you run at lunch?

Depends on which app. Go to set to HD and turn on the FB button. I had to do that to post.

I love Asics, Avia and New Balance shoes. I find that they are the most comfortable. I use different styles for running, aerobics etc.

I do jumping jacks, anything to get my arms moving. Arm spins out the side.

After running outside it's hard to get on a treadmill. Ugh. Have you thought about an Elliptical? I sold my treadmill but it was basic. If i got another one it would be one that had more workouts on it and maybe visuals?

I hate the heat, hate it. I have to walk early in the am. We do not have humidity here in Nevada, so just stepping to the shade helps. I am loving our cooler mornings now. So, stay hydrated.
