  3. Way to go Christina. Inhave the issue of running like crazy when i get out of Nevada. I love at 5800 feet. I sure can run when I am at 1200 feet. Lol. Look at all of those calories you burned. Keep it up! Good luck. Welcome here too!!!

  6. Hi there Mason. You did great, but you have to cooldown. As a fitness instructor for years, do not ever just stop. You could pass out. I have seen it happen. I Always want to finish too and be done, so i have to make myself cooldown. You are doing fantastic, keep it up. Good Luck!!

  8. Hi Dave. I think I saw you posted this somehwere else too. Just click on the days you have already done amd it should check them off for you. Make sure in your phone that you enable restrictions. Hope this helps.

  17. Hi Mervat. Welcome here. Oh, no, you are not doing a 10k everyday. You are TRAINING for a 10k by the time you finish with the app. I clocked it with another app and you are doing about 1.5 miles and above. If you do find it too easy and you are a pro at it, skip ahead for a few days or so. Hope this helps. Cyndi, welcome here to you too. Good luck.

  19. You need to go to a PC, not phone or Ipad. Go up to your profile and you should see where you can add a picture.
  20. Hi Dave, Welcome, in MFP, have you synced the apps together??? In your phone, make sure you go to General, Settings, and Enable Restrictions. Or it will not post to Facebook. Let me kniw if this helps.

  24. Hey. I dont know why its not working. Have oyu gone to your settings in your phone and go into General, settings and restrictions. Enable restrictions. Facebook, allow changes. If restrictions are not enabled then it will not allow the app to post. Please let me know of that works ok???
  25. Hi George and Welcome here, happy you are here. I open my Music app, get music going, then turn on my running app to measure distance traveled, then I open the C25k app. I actually never noticed if it locked or not. Inhate looking at my phone while I run. It goes in my pocket and prompts me the whole way. Or in my hand, but i refuse to look. Lol. When i go out again, I will look and see of my screen locks.
