So I totally didn't realize it was three days a week. I started Sunday, skipped Tuesday and just finished today. I just got the app though. Anyways today is the first day I took my daughter along in her stroller. I had to walk more than run. It was hard pushing that thing lol. Also I think the terrain had something to do with the fast exhaustion. I don't think I'll get it down doing only three days a week. I have never been a runner.
