  1. Good luck. I love running and only got onto it because there was a power cut at the gym. I'm setting get my sites on some organised runs to have something to work towards. Keep at it ☺
  2. Try a run walk program and build up slowly.
  3. Do you run on road or on tracks.. I suffered with the same problem and it was found to be a terrain issue. The inserts I have now where supplied by the Physio and I've found I need to change them even every few months and so far everytime I have changed them the physios have altered the set up.
  4. Finally back running. Injury after injury has kept me out but went off for a run today and despite being a tad out of shape loved it.
