  3. Awesome Natcat, I used to run a 9 minute mile, now I cannot even tell you how slow I am as I have gotten a bit older, lol. Yikes. But, hey, I am doing it!!!! When a 70 something lady passed me at a marathon and handed me ibuprofen, lol, I was a lottle sad and I have never done another marathon sonce, relaizing it was not for me. Lol. But I do 1/2 marathons, 10k and 5ks. Thats where I am at. Im moving , as those on couch are not. :-))) Hey Nat, thanks for being encouraging to everyone here and helping!!! You are amazing.   4. This is great Rob , i am really proud of you. Dynaper, you will do great wih this. We are all here for you cheering you on. Our apps are all amazing, while the C25k app is one of our original 'old' apps, we are updating them all the time and you will be impressed with the ease of your training. The encouragement from everyone here is astounding here. You can do this! We are never too old to work our bodies. Keep it up and Keep us posted. Good luck!!!!!!
  5. Hi Shalda and Welcome here, So happy you joined us. Feels great to have completed it huh??? Awesome day!! The app says 3 days a week to run. I like 3-4 days and I will repeat the 3rd day in the app. Other days, i will crossfit, hike, bike, weight training is my favorite. Keep your body guessing and you will get stronger. Keep ot up and post so we can all encourage each other. Good luck!!!!!

    Wow. You did heal up fast. I have a bowen therapist that pushes and works on it and it does heal faster.
  8. Hi there, Welcome here and excited you are here. This is what I would do. UNclick todays run, then that previous day should show up. Click it and/or run that day, then you should be able to click on todays run. Let me know of it works. Good luck.

    Oh no Sheli, Sorry noone answered this earlier. If you are getting blisters, you have the wrong shoes. Been there, done that. Go to a running store and take those with you and ask them questions. Keep me posted.

    Oh Anne , hope you are ok???? You are a lucky girl of you could move today. Whew boy. I have had many pops n my claves and have been out for weeks. Ouch. Sounds like you are alright. Glad you are dreming of running and then getting out and running. Woohoooo!!!

These forums are a great place for you to ask questions and get a hooray for your achievements. It is hard and YOU DID IT TODAY!!!!!!! So proud of you. We are here cheering you on.   13. Awesome Ruthie. My watch reminds me but you can set an alarm????? I had 4809 steps in just in my house yesterday. 9000 after exefcise class. Woot woot.

  18. Hi There , You are on Weeke 6 and doing great. 3-4 days a week is the best and strength train others. Do not be hard on yourself and definitely repeat days if you need too. I have even repeated weeks. You get stronger and stronger every time. Good luck to you. You are doing great!
