So, After a busy weekend at the Reno Air Races , food, drinks with friends, I am back on track today. uggghhh,,,, T25 Total Body Circuit, ABS, Weights, trained with 10k app, and Peak CLass tonight, I am back at it, feels great. I am sure I will be sore tomorrow, but I am determined to do this! Have an awesome day today!

    Hey Amy. Way to take the first step! So, did you download the 5k app or the 10k one?? I would assume you downloaded the 10k one since that's what you want to run. You can so do this. There are lots of people on here new to this. I am on my 2nd week with the 10k app myself. This is an awesome training tool. So, do you have great shoes? That's number 1. We can do this. I am so excited to see the results. When is the 10k you are doing?
  10. I have heard of Whole30 but never looked into it. I'll definitely do that. I am a CaveGirl through and through. Paleo!! I love that lifestyle. Meats, fruits, veggies. Eating clean. I'm like Naomi though? Weekends come and we always blow it for sure. I'm getting back into being really healthy so that weekend stuff is going to stop. I'll check out the Whole30.

  15. Hi there, Good for you for wanting to change. That is the first step. The C25k is the best app starting out. Get some great shoes, and let the app coach you, that's what I love the most. The coaching. Don't think I'd do it otherwise. We are here to cheer you on. So lets do this together.

    Great job everyone. It feels so good to lose a few pounds. We've been in the RV for the last 4 days and uggh, the drinks, the food, the fun. Lol. I'm ready to to get back on track today and bust my butt. I do soooo good and then the weekend happens. But you have to live life too. Back to being good today. Great job Dee. We are all cheering you on. Have a great day everyone.

  22. Hi Sabrina, Good for you for starting. C25k app is great. Give yourself 2-3 days a week to do that and strength training on the other days. Core strength is a good one to work too. Good luck to you and we are all your biggest cheerleaders.
