  1. This is my third time through the program and I struggle at week 7 everytime. The first 4 weeks are fun, then I like the variety of weeks 5 and 6. But at week 7 I am bored!! I mix up my playlists and running trails and try to keep it fresh. Because it is like this I push through to finish week 8 but then quit and start again a few months later. Help!!!

  8. Well done Josesel - you begin to feel like a real runner after week 5!! I am between week 6/7. Did 23 minutes running and it took exactly 3km.
  9. Who cares if you walk all of it??? You are doing 100% more than those on the couch. Do what you can and have fun.!

  12. Hey Misplaced Mumma - I too am a homeschool mum, have 9 little darlings at home keeping me stuck in a chair and not on my toes! Have really had to work at finding the time to do C25k and am on my third time through it at week 5. We can do this. X
  13. Been out of the game for a while but back at Week 5 Day 2 completed.

  15. Everyone is doing amazing things! I did my first park run today. What a heap of fun.
  16. Turned on my music and off the program and went for a run just for the sake of it. Had my strava on silent to measure distance and times. Got 2x personal bests, 2x2nd best and 2x 3rd best. Very happy - back on track!!!!

  18. I got back out there today - a mind thing for sure. I knew if I didn't get out there this morning it might have been the end. Took a new route and enjoyed the scenery. Ran 35 minutes but did 6kms all up.
  19. I got my first stitch while running yesterday - what a pain! Feeling a bit unmotivated. My tall slender friend who started c25k after me has just passed me big time. She is a whole 10 minutes faster than me doing 5km! I know it's different bodies but so hard to keep it up when I am putting in huge effort and not getting faster times. I'm not overweight just slow!!!
