  1. I'm off to climb a mountain today - just a walk but nice and steep. Use some different muscles. I have enjoyed the variety of run days in week 5 and 6 and struggle with boring things. I could never run on a treadmill!

  3. This is where I gave up last time and completely bombed out today on my run. Ran just 16 minutes. Give me all your motivation, tips and butt kicking to keep me going!!!

  9. Yup I found week 6day1 tough but breezed through day 3. I started week 7 today so with hot my tail I better stay motivated! Try and catch me!!

  11. Welcome aboard. You can do this - just like like you can draw and play the guitar. You started at the basics and went from there. Make yourself some funky playlists and zone out to the groove while you are doing something amazing for yourself. Can't wait to follow your progress. X

  15. It was 32 when I wanted to run last night so had a quick swim in my running clothes, put my shoes on and ran wet - was so good! Glad I live in the country and no one saw me!!
  16. Any tips on carrying water bottles? Don't like holding things.
  17. Week6 day3 - first time doing an evening run. Got a new PB of 7:15 km. Pretty stoked!!!
  18. I'm in Queensland, Australia and it's hot. I do run early mornings but I need to start training later ready for some 5k fun runs that start at 8am. It is usually over 30 degrees at that time. How can I prep for this??
