Thanks. I am the turtle when it comes to running. I have no where to run that doesn't have a hard surface. I will keep trying to run softly. I have given myself several days off. I am going to try again tomorrow morning with my shin taped up.
I am stuck on week 4. I just finished week 4 for the second time. I can't run 5 min. My calves tighten up and my right shin hurts. I take a couple days off and then do it again and have the same results. My first 5k is in two weeks and I am afraid I will end up walking alot of it.
