Free2bme
I was thinking it could be cool if a few of us who are around the same point had a thread encouraging each other. It sucks and its hard im on w2d2 but im doing it (totally a post run im can do anything idea). I saw a thred people were doing who were a lot later on in training and it was amazing to see the commitment and encouragement. Just a thought let me know if anyone is interested

maretacheney
I'm on w2day2 -- it will get easier! Just keep going!! Play some great tunes. Remember to breath and relax when running. Don't tense up, just be calm.

Kat94
I am w1d3 tomorrow. I injured myself when I got to w4 and then got lazy again. I had to start all over again. Keep working at it and it will get easier. I am totally up for cheering each other on because it is hard but I can already feel the accomplishment
Sonya
I am on w2d2 and completed it without stopping today.:-) Tuesday I had to stop and rest on every run after completing two full runs. I started that run over today and I am elated I did it today! YES!

Kikibuggs
Great idea! W1D1 here. I realized today that running on slushy snow is the equivalent of running on sand. Anyway, easy breezy first day. Can't wait to get back into running.

Ozrunner
Hi I've just finished w1 d3 and am enjoying it so far. I'm not sure how I'll go next week doing the 90 seconds but I'll give it my best shot. It's summer here in Australia so probably not the best time to start running haha. Kat94
Feeling tired (perhaps lazy?) and not wanting to go for a run....but I am going to anyway. I'm thinking of how good I feel when I'm done. W2 D3 here I come!

Catreg1
Hi Gang! I'm facing w1d1 tomorrow. I've had a ten year hiatus from running. I have allowed 2 children and 2 aging parents distract me, but no more. I'm planning to get up while it's still dark and before anyone has an emergency. I've joined a little gym with treadmills, so I can't blame it on the weather. I feel less alone and frightened about being able to accomplish this after reading your posts. Thanks! Ozrunner
Good luck Catreg1 you can do it!!! Just completed W3 D1 with my first 3 minute runs and I'm pleased to say I did it. I feel great and can feel the weight loss and toning which is keeping me motivated.
