I am really happy with my pace also. Won't post that because I do not believe people should worry about how fast other people are doing it... but I do use map my run to check my time/mile. Thank you Anne and azatol. Anne I look forward to reading about your experience. Ruthie. Make sure we here about yours also. Jeshi. Azatol
Now that my runs are getting longer I should probably not run 2 days in a row huh....every other day? Absolutely If your runs are at all taxing, you're tearing muscle fiber. If you don't give your muscles a day to rebuild stronger you are robbing yourself of muscle growth. It wont injure you but simply nullify some of the benefit of the previous days run.

It's very gratifying for yourself, and fun and encouraging for everyone else. Azatol
Wendell
Way to go Sean! Just curious, but do you have good running shoes? I was having a back problem and a sore knee, went to a running store where they video your form on a treadmill. Bought some really good shoes after trying different ones on. They showed me when I run, my right foot crosses over left of center, so when I run now, I try to find a crack and keep my foot on the right side of it. Oh, and no more pain. I'd really suggest having someone look at your stride. Keep it up, you're doing great!!
Sean90
I did go buy some better shoes and it did get rid of all the pain. Didn't get fitted or anything. They didn't have someone there to help. Just found some that were most comfortable for me and more support. Boy do I feel lazy. Haven't ran since my 20 minute run. Must get out tonight.
