As a Fitness professional, I have a hard time with thinking that some of these Beachbody coaches are untrained and just want to sell shakes and fitness DVDs just to make money. It bites my biscuit when they are uneducated and try to coach someone to workout and they don't know a thing about fitness at all. There are some amazing coaches out there that are Fitness Professionals and use it in their Fitness businesses , I will buy from them, now that is great, As they are trained to help people with fitness. I do love the shakes as they are loaded with great stuff and I feel good when i do. Not everyday but a few times a week. I want to do some research on other brands too when I run out because of the cost. But what is the price of our health right???

Hmmmm Liz. After you finish your workout and you save, does it not show up in MFP?? Now the 5k all is the only one that syncs right now. Belt me know.

Hi Eilla, Welcome here and glad you are back to running. Keep us posted here on your progress. So your side aches are side stitches. It is from lack of oxygen. You can check it out online. But what you need to do is breathe more deeply as you run. We all forget to breathe when we run. Breathe! That will help. Let me know. Good luck.

Hi Natasha, I am so with you on the boring part of a treadmill. I am having a hard time now running outdoors too, too cold. Brrrrr. Now I love my TV on while I run on a treadmill. That helps me. Inside I don't like music in my ears. I'd like to get one of those treadmills that has trail videos you can run with too. I find my self steering toward really hard exercise videos too some days when I don't feel like running on a treadmill. Find your favorite show to run to. Makes the time fly faster. Hi There PsPenny, I read your post and welcome on here. Everyone here is here to help you and cheer you on. You can dig yourself out of that hole and get out there with that App and run. Run like the wind. Yo can do it. You are doing it for those 4 beautiful kids that you have and for yourself. Little bit at a time. Let me know how to help you. There a lot of us on MyFitnessPal and help each other there. Come join us. There is a post under the Start Here topic that has our login names for MFP. Come join us and get out and run. Hi Meg, No, you run 3 different days a week. I like Mondays, Wednesday's and Fridays and then I do different things in the other days. I do like to do more runs too , so you can repeat days too. Good luck and keep us posted on here.

Hi there, So this is what I do. Your playlists come from your iTunes. I first open Spotify or Pandora, then I get my music started and then I open tour workout app and you should still hear your music and workout prompts. This should work. Let me know.

Oh Ok Liz, If you are doing the c25k app, you should be able to link that app to MFP. Just go to Apps & Devices in MFP and syn from there. Let me know if you do Liz..

Hi Monja, Welcome on here. You can do it.. It will keep you motivated and getting out there and running.. I am not a Vegan and maybe someone can help you with that. Good luck on quitting smoking.. You can SO DO IT and you will feel better about yourself.. On non running days, I just do what I feel like.. Crosstrain. I will do Dvd's, walk or run again, lift weights, anything that gets me moving. Good luck and you go this! Good Luck!

Hi Mosley and Lone Baby, Welcome to the Forums. You have done the first step and you are starting. WootWoot, now that is a great accomplishment. You are You and noone else is like you. RUN at your pace, noone elses. If you cannot run, walk fast, do not be hard on yourself at all... You can do it.. If you have to repeat a day or a week, then DO! I stalled myself on Vacation and was on Week 5 of the 10k app, but now i am repeating Week 4 to get back up to speed. I do not worry about it at all.. Get Great Shoes and get out there and go. You will become addicted and love it....... KEEP Me POSTED!!!! Good Luck!

Hi Rach, Welcome back to working out... You can do it.. Yeah, we seem to lose all the weight and then get lazy... But you can get back on track. Hopefully you did not gain it all back.....If you did, well, its time to get moving on!!! So, explain what is a Pescatarian? I do not know that one... I will look it up...
