Hi LBW, So , do you eat protein, like fish, chicken, turkey, etc..??? I am such a protein girl, but that is just me. I didn't go looking for Paleo or Atkins, etc./. it found me. Even as a kid, going to Birthday parties, I never ate cake or ice ceam, I wanted no sugar, I wanted salty foods. I love jerky, yumm.. Now I do go crazy for candy corn and caramel apple suckers, lol, but in low dosage. My hubby loves the 4 Hour Body Diet, we are sticking to that for awhile, it works. Meat, Veggies, Legumes and one huge cheat day a week. Love it. Oh Yeah Fatty Pants. I forgot I have one of those spiral slicers , I think I will use that at lunch with a zucchini.. Yummy... Thanks

I love spaghetti squash and zucchini. I make a pizza with zucchini or taco boat. Delish. My hubby and I are doing the 4 Hour body diet now. Lot like Paleo but I add beans too. I need those to sustain myself. Otherwise I starve. Love it nits a good one.

Hey hey Elyse & LBW, what I love to do is run 3-4 days a week, then I train the other days , like exercise class, crosstrain, lift weights. Upper body day, lower body day, Core day and I love T25 workouts. One 25 minutes. I workout 5x a week. Good luck.

Hey all, If you are wondering where I went on MFP, I've deleted it. I've decided that with everything I do, putting in my food all day is taking up too much time for me. Every minute counts and those are minutes I wont get back anymore. Lol. I've been inputting for years and I'm so burned out tracking all those stupid calories. Lol So I'm doing the 4 Hour Body Diet with my hubby. It's what works great and I love it. I am Paleo girl through and through but the 4 Hour one works amazing too. Hugs to you all. The 10k apps on up does not sync tothe MFP yet. if you do not see the app in MFP apps & devices, then it is not supported yet. Only the 5k one.

OR, Have another app running inthe background for mileage . Runkeeper, MapMy Fitness, etc... They might have a km one?

Hi Brandy, Congratulations on beginning. I am so proud of you. Amazing feeling huh? You can do it! Yes it takes a scale to say, HEY, it is time for me to get healthier. You got this Girl. Make those goals and go for it! I am on Fitbit under 'Is anyone here from Nevada?', I just login once in awhile. A lot have joined here with the apps, yay. I now have a Gear Live Watch and I love it, keeps great track of my steps all day. Anyways, Make wise food choices, sounds like you already are. Keep us posted on here. Hi Soham, Welcome on here,, Congratulations on starting, that is the first step. Your speed is just fine for you if you are doing great at that speed.. You will increase as you go along. I have Fitness Calculators on my website http://cavegirlcancook.com/fitness-calculators/, you can use these calculators, for your calories, BMR, RMR, etc..to see your heart rate too. I do not know your age, weight etc., to be able to see if your heart rate is too high for you. Mine was 160 in class the other night and I felt fine. Let me know your age, etc.. and I can go look. Anyways, proud of you for starting.. Do you live Overseas?
