Aisling
Hi all! I've just downloaded the C25k app and will be starting Sunday having never run in my life. Lol. I have lost over 30lb since Jan & want to tone up and continue to get fitter outside of a gym setting. I look forward to chatting with you all and welcome any tips you can offer. Thanks
clawalton71
Hello everyone, I started the C25K app a few weeks ago and am just about to start week 4 day 1 and am scared to death that I can't do it!! it's a big jump from 3 minutes to 5 minutes... I'm 5'8" and weigh 347lbs!! I do ok with running 3 minutes, but don't know if I can make it 5 or not, but I'll try. Any advice on condidtioning? Guest TrishE
Hello clawalton71 if you dont feel youre ready to move on its totally ok! A lot of people have had to repeat weeks. Youre pushing your body to its limit and there's no shame in feeling overwhelmed. When you feel up to it why not give week four a try just to see how youll do. Youre body might surprise you. The worst that will happen is that youll have to walk sooner than expected. Good luck!
New Beginnings
Hi everyone! Life changes have caused me to step back and take a look at myself. At 53 I'm beginning a new chapter in my life and being in better health is a priority. As motivation to keep up the program that I started this week, I've signed up for my first 5k! I have 9 weeks to be ready....I can do this!!

I downloaded this app at the beginning of 2014 and since the moment I went on my summer vacation of 2014 I haven't been on this app. Recently I started up for a morning but quit again. I really need to motivation for doing this. I'm hopefully starting again Friday.
TraceyGibson
Hey everyone! I had a gastric sleeve on May 4 and I have lost 37 Lbs but now it's time to start exercising. I still need to lose 75 lbs. I am 48 years old and trying to get in shape. I just completed day 1. Heyjude
Heyjude
Hello! Just done day 1 week 1.... I'm so unfit haha! I enjoyed it though, on a couple of the middle runs I only made it to 45secomds, but by the end I was doing the minute, and I was quite surprised how quickly the cool down came around
Kismehow
Just finished week 1 day 1! I had a baby 7 months ago and am so out of shape. I used to be a fitness instructor, but now as a new mom in my early 30s, I lack the motivation. I've also never been a fan of running. Here we go! Poppop59
Hi everyone I'm 59 and today I completed week1 day 1 today. I attempted yesterday but didn't make it past the 2nd 1 min jog. Successful today. Is it best to rest a day between each day? Javacrab
KristinL
Hi there, I'm 48 completely out of shape, but tonight I completed week 1 day 1. I ran with my daughter who is training for her first half marathon. I surprised myself and got through the whole 30 minutes without pain or stopping. Pretty proud tonight. I even scheduled a time to meet her tomorrow. I have already decided that this is my new self, a runner!
REllis
I am a 41 year old eho has struggled with weight and fitness my whole life. I have 2 weeks left in a health program I'm in-I've lost 20# and am feeling great, but wanted to add something else. Started day 1 on Tuesday, did day 2 last night. I had some expected knee pain, but I found a nice knee support that helps. I'm loving this program! Can't wait to see what the future holds! Sheba
I'm a newbie, Week 1 Day 2. Is it possible to download music into this program? The one song that's included leaves much to be desired!
