  1. Get super feet arches in your shoes, don't ever walk barefoot and stretch your arches before standing if sitting/lying for an extended period of time. If that doesn't work, injections and custom orthotics by a podiatrist worked wonders.
  2. Run one day, lift the next, run the next, etc.
  3. Redoing week 1. 3 days wasn't enough for me to progress. Lol.
