  1. Hi everyone. I've just done Week 1 Day 2 and I was already hurting pretty bad after Day 1. I'm hoping to push through the pain, but I'm not sure if my body can handle running. Walking seems to be ok. My Fibrimyalgia is flaring up and we are having heatstroke alerts here in TX. Any advice how to do this workout without succumbing to the Texas heat?
  2. Week 1 day 1 is in the books. I'm not gonna lie, it's terrible doing this in this Texas heat! I'm proud I didn't give up. Now let's see if I can do this two more times this week! I'll know tomorrow...I have delayed pain response with Fibromyalgia... So this time tomorrow I'll be moving good or in the fetal position! Lol

  4. Hi! I'm 44 and have never run in my life. I have asthma and Fibromyalgia, but I'm going to do my best. I start tomorrow.
