  1. I'm 6' 270 lbs and I demolished 1-1/2 miles without stopping, with the help of this app. It's made so that each run is attainable, which is why the running seems almost addictive. Don't give up, stick to the program, and you'll be running distances in no time. What helped me was telling people that I was going to run a 5k. If people are always asking you about it, you will be more likely to stick to it. Kinda like accidental accountability.
  2. I run the android music app in the background when I use the app. I couldn't run without music. My ADD starts to kick in and I'm all over the place. You can also use Pandora or iHeart or whatever big music app you have. Keep running!!!
  3. I didn't think I could do it either, but I just crushed it about 30 minutes ago. Well, maybe not crushed, but I did finish the 20 minutes without stopping, and it was right at 1-1/2 miles. I'm so pumped, and I know you will be too when you crush it.
