Maybe try taking an extra day off and your body will come back stronger and rejuvenated. -
If u can handle it go for it. If i run every day my body slowly wears down.

Hadnt gone running in 4 days. Thought I was dropping out. Felt the drive today and did W8D3 and I feel spectacular.
