  1. Maybe try taking an extra day off and your body will come back stronger and rejuvenated.
  2. If u can handle it go for it. If i run every day my body slowly wears down.
  3. Yes that is best for recovery.
  4. Hadnt gone running in 4 days. Thought I was dropping out. Felt the drive today and did W8D3 and I feel spectacular.
  5. Yeah that 20 minute run is tough. I'm stuck at that time.

  7. Quit for five days but today i feel like i wanna run again. Its raining so i cant.

  11. I remenber when i started. I looked forward to every run.
  12. Going backwards from W9. Only ran 20 minutes so thats W5D3 lol Ankles and calves were burning too much and wasnt fun.
  13. W9D3 fail. Went 30 minutes instead of 40. Low energy like Jeb Bush. Lol
  14. W9D1. Difficult. Glad I have 2 more times to practice.
  15. I like to wear sunglasses and a hat.
  16. You can do it! Sounds like its not a fail but really close to doing it. Keep going at it.
