That's too bad, Christi. I've started focusing on strengthening my core muscles and Gluteus Medius. Years of neglect and a slightly longer right leg have increased the strain on my right foot and knees.

Christi, you'll get there! Running was always so hard for me, but the farther along in this app I got, the more I craved it. The gym closed yesterday before I got off work so I couldn't run, and it's driving me crazy! Stay with it, you'll be glad you did.

Rob you may want to check with a PT or MD you may have uneven hips. Which I found out I had for a few years. With the right PT and exercises they r even again. Back and knee pain gone
