  1. Hi There, I can so understand your frustration completely. Have the Dr's done blood tests? A blood panel to check thyroid ,etc...? My GYN is doing that for me because as I am getting older, my weight is not dropping too fast either. I can so understand your frustration and I feel for you. Keep working out and eating well and definitely have some bloodwork done. You are young enough that you metabolism should be faster. Hey, keep me posted.. HUgs to you!

    Hi there, Yes, you can get more volume. In the app itself, go the Settings button on the bottom, You should then see the VOICE VOLUME button, That should help you.
  3. Hi Carrie, If people get a sideache, it is because they are not breathing properly, a lot like your headache I assume. You want to diaphragm breathing and make sure you are filling your lungs. People do not realize how much they do not breathe right. Let me know if this helps. I also Breathe deeply about 3x a day, I set a timer to it. It helps to Oxygenate your blood and speed up your meatbolism.
  4. Hi there, You go to the App & Devices in MyFitnessPal and you should then see the C25k app, click and sync to it. I noticed the app will not forward your day to day unless you post, but I have been doing that. I cannot wait for them to be able sync the 10k one.. Good luck.

  7. Hey Beachgirl, glad ou are back. Missed you. I love the MFP app. You can set how may calories a day you want and it will adjust as you workout too. My food and workouts are great, its those dang cocktails on the weekend. LOL, lil boogers add calories, hee hee

    Hi There Laura, it has happened to a lot of us. I f you are feeling amazing, go ahead. I like to run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I workout to weights on the other days. most weeks if I am feeling amazing, I run on the weekend too, I will repeat days or continue on. Welcome here and Happy running. Great Job.
  11. Hi there, I do 3 days of the app, then 2-3 days of Weight Training. I also try to run one day on the weekend too. You do need to rest and recover too.. I listen to my body. If it is a run day and i am tired, I rest. happy running

You can email Zenlabs and ask at I am having a hard time myself with me new Galaxy s5 trying to figure it all out. Maybe someone else can help on here.   21. Hi there, Your son sounds adorable, walking trash compactor, I love it. What a cutie he is.. My kids were never ever picky and ate veggies all the time and still do. It is because when they were babies, I never told them they were yucky, i always said, oh these are sooooooo yummy, so they wanted the veggies too. My husband is eating healthy with me and he is not a fruit eater either. If I peel or cut him fruits, apples and PB, he will eat them , so that is what I do. I pretty much eat the paleo way most days. I love love tacos and refuse to wrap them, our FAV lately has been a Tostada shell, refried beans, cheese and lettuce and salsa. Which sounds good to me today for lunch lol. I keep my calories under 1400 a day and cheat on Saturdays, I AM A SUCKER FOR FRIES, but only once a week. I have been into making Parmesan crisps, love them, that is what I use as a cracker for tuna, etc... You need a special mat to bake them on. I am trying to remember what they are called. ANwyas, they are good. THere might be a recipe on my site. And you are so welcome Michele!
  22. Hi New Start, You should be seeing some kind of progress with your body. How is your eating habits? I know that now that i am getting older, it does not come off as fast as it used to. So I have changed my eating habits. I do Paleo during the week with cheating on Saturdays and back to eating good on Sunday. Your body needs a reset and you need one day to cheat, seriously! I have been doing this for months. Now, If you are eating healthy and working out hard, maybe its time to see a DR. and check with him/her on what you are doing? Because you should be seeing some results. NOw, I do love love my cocktails, and I have stopped them during the week and errhhmmm, trying to be good on the weekends, but you have to live too.... Do you track your calories? MyFitnessPal is a good one for that. I am religious about it. I am on Week 3 of the 10k app and I am seeing results in my muscles and starting to slim down.
