Just make sure you warm up before our begin. I usually do this app after my workouts. Then I'm already warmed up and can fast forward. Good luck

Hi Dee, There is an article on the blog page I think that talks about shin splints. Check there. Make sure you warm up properly. It sounds like shin splints to me. Read the article for tips on what to do. Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi Natty, Of course you can/ It is different than running outside, but any form of Exercise you do is Lapping someone on the couch. So proud of you . You go this! Happy Running!

Hi Tina, I am curious too. I am being tested for that. I workout really hard and eat great and should be small but I cant lose either.... I am curious as my DR. thinks I have Hypothyroidism too. Anyone out there??

Hi Maria, Of Course you can. Go for it! You know how you feel and skip ahead and see how it does and if you cannot do it, then go backwards again. I think you will do fine. Keep me posted on what you do! Good Luck and Happy Running!

Hi Maria, If you feel like you are advanced then skip ahead in the 10k app and see where you want to start. If you cannot do it then back up a few days. It is all up to you. Keep me posted. -
Laura, I just let them both run. The First time I did it the MapMyFitness told me to do intervals and the 10k app was telling me to run, lol, so I figured out which app was talking and then the next time i turned the voice off of the Map one. They work side by side now so that is so nice and the app does not turn off like it used to. I have my Spotify music going too. Is that the answer you were looking for? Happy Running!

Hi Dave, You are young and you can get the weight off you pretty fast. I am so sorry about you Dad, that is a tough thing for you to go through at your age. So, did you download the C25k? Which one? Good luck to you Dave and you can do it. Your age is a huge factor, you will burn it off quickly... Happy Running and keep us posted on here!

Hi There SuSu, The 3 days a week are what you want to do, M, W F or Tues Thurs 7 Saturday. Or Sunday, Tues or Thurs. Your choice. Then crosstrain the other days. I usually run, walk, hike, Dvd's, etcc. WeightLift. Train your body in different ways... Proud of you! Lets Do it! Happy Running!

Hi There Brittany, Yay for you. We are EXACTLY the same height and weight, lets do this! I am having a hell of a time losing weight, I have running and working out and eating amazing and I am still not losing much, getting my blood work done to see. We can do this, I am so motivated...
