    New to the group!!?

    I just finished my week 3 and will be starting week 4 Friday. I love it overall and actually have a friend that has started with me! I will work on a better introduction once I get my profile set up from my computer. Kind of limited by what the app lets you do.

  2. Loreleil - let's DO IT!! I found day one a real battle.. so I just slowed down on day 2 (probably not much faster than walking but enough to get a bounce going!) - on day 3 for my final run I did 1min 30secs and stuck my fingers up at the timer like HELL YEAH! Helen

    Freaking out

    Like everyone said, you can do this! I did the same thing (looked ahead and freaked out) but the system works. If you have to repeat days or weeks, that's completely ok. You'll know what your body is telling you that it can handle. And, you might just be surprised as to what you can do when you get to those weeks (I sure know I was). You got this!!!

    breathing techniques

    Any suggestions for when colds and allergies hit and breathing through the nose isn't a great option? I use a neti pot and nasal spray, but I always feel more congested when running.
