Of course you can do it. Try to reduce your pace, get good steady music and do not look at the time.

BTW it is OK to repeat days and even weeks. The schedule C25K is your guidance, feel free to adjust it to your conditions.

The trying is what important, you already done 2 weeks, do not give up now, keep at it.

I feel your pain SteadyMan... I just completed W3D3 today but especially struggled with day 2. I was really disappointed when I couldn't finish all the jogging sessions.

I never really understood why people would choose to repeat a week but after (what I felt) was a crappy workout week 3 for me because I couldn't keep up and also after seeing what lies ahead in week 4, I've decided to rest the next three days and repeat W3 next week.

It's good to hear that others are thinking about repeating weeks. I just did week 2 and I am going to repeat it. I don't look ahead because I don't want to get discouraged but I don't feel like I did this well enough to tackle anything longer. The weather here in VA is brutal and I think that may have something to do with it. I am so looking forward to running thru fall and even winter. By next summer I hope to be much fitter and have a few 5Ks under my belt. :)

I just finished Week2 Day3 today and I think I'm going to repeat the Week2 workouts again.  Not in a rush to finish the C25K in 8 weeks.  I'm glad I started this because I actually look forward to my running days.

From a "non-runner" to starting this C25K program, I found myself checking running blogs and review sites researching on popular running shoes.

It is so encouraging to read that other people experience similar things. Since my original post I have managed to get to week 5 run 3.. 20mins running no walking! I didn't manage it.. I managed 10mins running, 3 mins walking and 7mins running.. I am not discouraged because when I started c25k I coukd barely run anything at all! Let's keep going, we are in it together!

I also just finished w3d1! It took me more than 2 days rest to go back after doing w2 well. But today I confess I got exhausted. I don't know if maybe due to the colder weather, it was difficult to breathe. The first 3 minutes seemed endless, but I could finish the whole training. So thank you guys for posting your advances and showing us that it's possible! :) Now I'm just wondering how to run during the winter. I don't want to stop after getting here!
