  1. I'm 54 and on week 3, you can do it! Never let anyone tell you that you're too old for anything! Try to be more positive, that's half of the battle, "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're probably right"
  2. You've taken the first step, keep taking one step at a time. It would be willing to help with support, an accountability partner. Remember to take it slow, plan on doing each day's routine until you can comfortable do it, it may take several attempts. I find it easier to do my runs early in the morning, before I can talk myself out of it. I am 54 and although I'm in reasonably good shape, I've never run before. We can do this!   3. I also did w3d1 on Tuesday, it was really tough! I'm running again in the morning, hopefully I'll get thru it, week 2 wasn't that bad. I'm 54 and have never run, after running my first 5k with no training, I thought I needed to train before my next one. My shins really hurt, hopefully it will get better, I'm not giving up
