I ended up repeating week 3 THREE times but all's well - week 4 wasn't that tough. I'm now on W5D2 (to do tonight)!
I feel your pain SteadyMan... I just completed W3D3 today but especially struggled with day 2. I was really disappointed when I couldn't finish all the jogging sessions. I never really understood why people would choose to repeat a week but after (what I felt) was a crappy workout week 3 for me because I couldn't keep up and also after seeing what lies ahead in week 4, I've decided to rest the next three days and repeat W3 next week.
Anyone want an accountability partner?
