Finsup1017
Hang in there. You can do it! Just walk faster when u r cued to run. Baby steps. I m on day 2 & it felt harder than yesterday when I started. Purserverance got the snail on the ark! (Not sure if I spelled that right) lol Help! Day 1 was a disaster, I'm very much out of shape and probably 60lbs over weight. I walked 95% of day 1 and trying it out. I need to work on my endurance and breathing but I just don't know where to start. Should I add I've never been a jogger/runner in my 29 years! I'm looking to get healthy and in shape. My wedding is in 9.5 months. I don't want to be the big bride. Any advice would be great!

BetterHealthLongerLife
Couch is literally my starting point. I am going to have to start with just getting a good walking pace in. 6' 340 Pounds. Was once 175 Pounds. Starting a workout regimen to help a younger male who is fit, spend time outside a bad environment, as well as use his inspiration to get myself fit. I'm worried this app may not be right for me because it does not even seem to ask about my current stats and abilities. What have others experienced?
