omtigger
Shelby and Aro, I can find that info in the app (I'm using Android) by going to the day I worked out on the bottom (for example, Week 4 Day 2) and then tapping the big circle in the middle. One tap gives me calories, and a second tap gives me distance. Hope that helps!
TInacvt
Starting tomorrow . . . and I'm 60! Need to lose weight and get in shape. I used to run when I was in my 20s and 30s. A bit nervous about starting up again, but inspired as well. My niece is running a 1/2 marathon Nov 1, so I said I'd do the 5k run that's part of the event. Here goes! amberissmiling
I must be way more couch than I thought! Week 1 Day 1 was really hard for me. I started getting cramps in my legs halfway through. I'm sure it gets better, but I'm sort of sad I did so poorly!

I have 9 weeks to be ready....I can do this!!

Thanks That one teen

CalgarySnow
Completed W1D1 today, ironically it was the walking that hurt the most. Was quite happy with the jogging! Had to stop twice just to stretch out for a minute, pain to the right of my shin and calf but only in the right leg. Have had pain in my right hip so that's probably why. Also I need new trainers which I can't get until next week (anyone recommend any for wide feet?).roll on Thursday for D2 Allan

carisam
Help! Day 1 was a disaster, I'm very much out of shape and probably 60lbs over weight. I walked 95% of day 1 and trying it out. I need to work on my endurance and breathing but I just don't know where to start. Should I add I've never been a jogger/runner in my 29 years! I'm looking to get healthy and in shape. My wedding is in 9.5 months. I don't want to be the big bride. Any advice would be great!
