LisaSF
I am reinventing my love for running. It's been so long for me! I have completed 2 marathons in my past but I was way younger! Though I'm only running a 5K and I'm on week 8, its amazing the difference when you plan your nutrition correctly! If I only knew then what I know now.... I feel better with my runs than when I was running in my 20s!!! This app has been great motivation. What are your before and after nutrition tips? Guest TrishE
Good carbs before and after I try to get as much protein as possible. You gotta support those muscles. I have apple slices and almond butter to dip them in which gives me a lot of energy and after I eat some kind grilled chicken or tuna or if I cant get those greek yogurt or a protein shake. Watch out for sugar though, try to stay in the single digits if you eat yogurt or the protein bars and shakes.

Corwinkb
Before a run i eat a banana with a tiny bit of peanut butter spread down the length. After words I eat a balanced mini meal. A club sandwich with no mayo and a fruit salad if I run near lunch. I also eat extra cause usually after a run I jump in the pool and do breast strokes until my body heat comes down and my arms feel tired. wishlake
I am most concerned on what I follow my run with--a very healthy protein shake--no additives, preservatives, sweeteners, non-gmo, pre and probiotics. It's the best post workout fuel. Before runs I may have a shake also, but with just short runs I'm more concerned with hydration. Maybe I will have an electrolyte replacement drink full of vitamins, minerals. Not Gatorade!

Jorge Gonzales
I am a bigg fitnes lover and I would love to eat nutrition foods and after taking Xtreme NO for approximately 3 months, I noticed a significant amount of lean muscle gain when compared to a placebo. The biggest difference was in my size gains, allowing me to gain inches both in our arms, legs, and chest. What was even better was the increase in energy I felt after taking it for so long. My workouts had become that much more effective, and I was not getting as tired in the gym. I also had lost about 10 pounds of fat, making me shredded beyond what I ever imagined. There was also the added benefit of increasing my sex drive, which apparently is a by product of Nitric Oxide production. In fact I was so happy with my results, that I ended up purchasing another 6 months supply of XtremeNo supplements .
